I’m going to give this one a “wow” rating. They’ll probably retry him for his grand perjury, but that’s going to take another 2+ years to build up I would assume.
Judge Reggie B. Walton declared a mistrial in the Roger Clemens perjury trial today. ”He’s entitled to a fair trial,” said Walton. “He now cannot get it.”
