Her rep is neither confirming nor denying the reports, so at the moment, we live in a world where this is an actual possibility.

However, Lindsay’s decision doesn’t come as a total surprise. Lohan is not the most modest of celebs; we’ve seen A LOT of her skin as it is. The forum is just different here. With the slogan, “Topless equal rights for all or none,” Gotopless.org is summoned men across America to cover their chests yesterday in the name of equal rights. For the fourth consecutive year, the U.S.-based organization will stage a national Go Topless Day protest to proclaim a woman’s constitutional right to go bare-chested in public. During the protest, while participating women go bare, male participants will cover their chests with bikini tops or bras to proclaim equal rights for both genders. “It’s no more ridiculous than women having to wear tops at all time in this double-standard, topless battle that’s being waged in public and in the courts,” said Nadine Gary, president of Gotopless(.org). For Rael, spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement and founder of Gotopless(.org), the equation is simple: “As long as men can go topless, either women should have the same constitutional right or men should also be forced to wear something that hides their chests.”

The September issue of Vanity Fair magazine will sure be an interesting one as in an interview with the mag, outrageous dressing Lady Gaga comes clean about still doing cocaine. The 24-year-old singer whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, reveals in the interview that she’s “terrified of heroin” but still does “mostly cocaine.”

“I won’t lie, it’s occasional,” she said issue. “And when I say occasional, I mean maybe a couple of times a year. I do not want my fans to ever emulate that or be that way. I don’t want my fans to think they have to be that way to be great. It’s in the past. It was a low point, and it led to disaster.”

If she sued over the E*Trade commercial where a baby named “Lindsay” was portrayed as a “milk-a-holic”, I surely anticipate she will sue over this one. Except she will likely win. Silly Hustler, not getting approval..

It was only a matter of time and Hustler beat everyone to the punch with “Lindsay Goes to Jail”, a Lohan-themed adult film starring LiLo look-alike Scarlett Fay.

It reporteldy features Lindsay sexily flirting with a male judge, getting freaky in prison, and finally befriending a hot female corrections officer.

I wonder how much Lindsay will get paid through the courts from Hustler for this one.
