Who is the greatest guitarist ever?

Currently, in the lead, is my man Matt Bellamy of Muse. And it looks like he’s going #1 all the way, with the shuffling of guitarist slots 2-15 moving around quite a bit. You can vote right here.

Behind him are the likes of Jimmy Page (Led Zepplin), Robert Smith (The Cure), Jimi Hendrix, Slash (Guns N’ Roses), Brian May (Queen), Angus Young (AC/DC), John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Eric Clapton, Pete Townshend (The Who), Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine), George Harrison and John Lennon (The Beatles), Jack White (White Stripes), Keith Richards (The Rolling Stones), Albert Hammond Jr (The Strokes), Jonny Greenwood (Radiohead), The Edge (U2), and Robby Krieger (The Doors).

While I agree with most of that list, there are some I disagree with as well. But hey, that’s why we all get our opinion, right?
