Xbox soon supporting external USB storage

Another big improvement for Microsoft’s Xbox 360 unit, the ability to use external USB storage as opposed to upgrading to a new (expensive) hard drive for the popular gaming console.

The limit, however, is a maximum of two USB flash drives, maximum of 16gb each, which still makes for an additional, portable, 32 gigabytes of space.

(Don’t pay any attention to the photo, with a Sony USB flash drive in a Microsoft product!)

Gamers like myself who have a low-storage drive (20gb) or Arcade gamers who have no hard drive will especially be appreciative of this new addition!

Small Website/Blog additions

Recently I’ve added a favicon (the little image that appears next to the URL, or when you bookmark a site) as well as a widget for last.fm which I just signed up for. Plugins run off of Windows Media Player, iTunes, etc and upload to the website for current songs, display a neat chart based on artist/song popularity in your personal library, etc. Awesome! I never had a use for the site since I still utilize Pandora, playlist.com, and others.. but it’s self-sufficient right now.
